GT Good Times Consulting, LLC

Tony Marchese, Principal

I help mid-market ops and finance teams get off a messy ERP project or out of a patchwork of books.

Implementation, data conversion, and the integrations that usually break at go-live, including accounting systems that need to talk to everything else.

Good Times Consulting also fields a small network of consultants who specialize in these projects, so a larger effort can be staffed without handing it to a big firm.

The work

Implementation
A stalled ERP project, a go-live that slipped, or a system the team has stopped trusting. The work is to get it finished and usable.
Data conversion
History, items, customers, and the books have to land cleanly. A patchwork of spreadsheets is not a starting balance.
Integrations
Accounting has to talk to the store, the warehouse, tax, payments, and EDI. Those are the connections that usually break at go-live.
Process engineering
Warehouse flow, re-slotting, and the work around the software. The system does not fix a floor that was never mapped.

Systems in regular use

· IRCE 2017 Exhibit Floor Takeaways

In addition to the wonderfully colorful plastic sunglasses, fidget spinners, and rubber duckies, what did we take away from that year's installment of endless vendors discussing their new offerings, add-ons, systems, and services?

One photo embedded in the original no longer loads, so it is not shown here.
